PA6 is a semi-transparent or off-white crystalline polymer.PA6 is primarily used as engineering plastics, while low-viscosity PA6 is mainly used as fiber raw materials. Additionally, there are some special varieties (such as film PA6, etc.) and modified varieties based on PA6.PA6Suited for light-load applications, it features excellent wear resistance, self-lubricating properties, and resistance to solvents. It also offers good vibration damping and noise reduction capabilities. It can be used for insulation in machine instruments, instrument parts, and electrical wires and cables; when reinforced with glass fiber, it can be used to make gears and pump blades. However, PA6 has a high water absorption rate, with a saturation absorption rate of about 10%, which affects its performance; plus, due to its high dielectric constant, it is not suitable for use as a high-frequency, low-loss material.Used for manufacturing fuel filters, fuel filter elements, collectors, oil tanks, engine cylinder head covers, radiator reservoirs, and balancing rotating shaft gears. Also applicable to electrical components and terminals for automobiles. Additionally, it can be used as driving and control parts.
