PA6, also known as Nylon 6, is a semi-transparent or opaque, milky white particle with thermoplastic properties, light weight, good toughness, chemical resistance, and durability.NylonExcellent in both tensile and impact strength, it is a commonly used type of plastic. Different varieties have friction coefficients that are not significantly different, with oil-free lubricated friction coefficients ranging only from 0.1 to 0.3. It is made of PA1010. Adding molybdenum disulfide, graphite, F4, and PE to PA can further enhance its friction and tensile properties.Nylon has a relatively low heat deflection temperature, usually between 50-75°C. Reinforced with glass fiber, it can be increased by more than 4 times, reaching up to 200°C. The thermal conductivity coefficient of PA is very low, only 0.16-0.4 W/M-K. The coefficient of linear expansion for PA is relatively high and decreases with increasing crystallinity.Generally used for automotive parts, mechanical components, electronic appliances, engineering accessories, and similar products.
