High-strength, non-shrink grouting material is composed of high-intensity materials as aggregates, cement as a binder, and supplemented with high fluidity, slight expansion, and anti-segregation substances. Simply add a certain amount of water at the construction site, mix well, and it's ready for use. It is mainly used for secondary grouting of equipment foundations, reinforcement of beams, slabs, and columns, as well as emergency road repair projects.
Construction Steps:
1. Prepare mixers, grouting equipment, molds, and maintenance materials. Clean the grouting space and pre-wet the concrete surface.
2. Set up formwork and seal the joints with cement (sand) mortar and plastic tape to ensure no leakage or seepage.
3. Add water to the slurry at a rate of 12-15% of its weight and mix (mechanical mixing for 2-3 minutes, manual mixing for over 5 minutes).
4. Pour the well-mixed grouting material into the grouting area from one direction. Use bamboo sticks or steel rods for guidance if necessary, and gently vibrate or tap the formwork as needed.
5. After completion of construction, cover the area immediately with plastic film and then place straw curtains or cotton blankets for 3-7 days of shaded and moist curing.
6. Use temperature between -10℃ and 40℃. Absolutely no admixture of any external additives or admixtures in the grout material.
After 60 minutes, the fluidity remains within 25S; Appropriate setting time: Initial setting ≥5h
Room Temperature Maintenance
Before grouting, the average daily temperature should not be below 5°C. After grouting is complete, apply curing agent promptly or cover with plastic film, and cover with damp straw bags to maintain moisture. When using plastic film, cover the cementitious grout material tightly, ensure condensation inside the plastic film, and avoid watering the grout surface; instead, apply a curing agent.
Keep the grouting material moist, and the curing time must not be less than 7 days.
3. When using rapid-set, rapid-hardening cementitious grouting materials, the curing measures should be carried out according to the method specified by the product requirements.
High-Temperature Maintenance
Take measures 24 hours prior to grouting to prevent the grouting area from direct sunlight or other heat radiation.
2. Implement appropriate cooling measures to ensure the temperature of the concrete foundation and the bottom plate of the equipment in contact with the cementitious grouting material does not exceed 35°C.
The slurry temperature upon mold entry should not exceed 30°C.
4. After grouting, immediate moisture maintenance measures should be taken.
Winter Maintenance
1. During winter construction, if the project has no special requirements for strength growth after grouting, cover the area with plastic film and insulating materials promptly. The initial curing temperature should not be lower than 5°C. Do not water during negative temperature curing.
After demolding, if the surface temperature of the cement-based grouting material exceeds 20°C higher than the ambient temperature, protective insulation materials should be used.
3. If the environmental temperature falls below the required low construction temperature for cementitious grouting materials or if an accelerated strength gain is needed, artificial heating and curing methods can be employed. The curing measures should comply with the relevant provisions of the current standard "Regulations for Winter Construction of Civil Engineering Projects" JGJ104.
