I. Product Composition
JHType polymer cement waterproofing mortar, a flexible waterproof coating made by mixing cement, fine aggregates, and modified materials such as polymers and additives in appropriate proportions. It is divided into single-component (S type) and double-component (D type) according to the composition; and into Type I (general type) and Type II (flexible type) based on physical and mechanical properties.
II. Product Overview
Polymer cement waterproofing slurry, a novel waterproofing material that falls between polymer cement waterproofing coatings (flexible) and polymer cement waterproofing mortars (rigid), yet distinct from both. It combines the properties of rigidity and flexibility, offering the film of the slurry polymer excellent extensibility, waterproofing, high strength of hydraulic materials, ease of bonding with moist substrates, and good water resistance. It can also adjust flexibility and strength according to different engineering requirements, with versatile and convenient construction methods. Over recent years, due to its superior properties, it has seen rapid development and widespread application in various construction fields such as roofing, exterior walls, bathrooms, basements, railways, tunnels, water conservancy, and hydraulic structures.

IV. Construction Techniques
1Base Treatment: The base must be flat, firm, clean, free of standing water, and any uneven or cracked areas should be patched and leveled first.
2Proper Mixing: Add the powder to the corresponding liquid and mix thoroughly until no lumps remain.
3Apply with a roller or trowel, complete layer by layer according to the selected method, material consumption: 2kg/m².
4The coating should be as even as possible, with no local accumulation. Apply the next layer of coating only after the previous layer is not sticky to the touch.
V. Cautionary Notes
1Do not perform construction below 0°C or during rain. Avoid working in particularly damp and poorly ventilated environments.
2Keep liquid materials in a cool, shaded place above 5°C, and powder materials in a dry area. Protect from sun and moisture. Product shelf life is 12 months.
