Epoxy Patching Mortar
I. Product Features
1 It boasts excellent properties against seepage, freezing, salinity, alkalinity, and mild acid corrosion, and has a strong bond with various materials.
2 The coefficient of thermal expansion is close to that of concrete, making it less likely to detach from the bonded substrates and offering good durability.
3 Can be applied to moist substrate surfaces, no drying required; can cure in a moist environment or underwater.
4 Easy to operate and install, similar to regular cement mortar, easy to clean with water only.
Section 2: Application Scope
1 Fire-resistant and high-temperature resistant, suitable for treating defects such as honeycombing, holes, and exposed reinforcement on the surface of concrete structures.
2 Damaged concrete structures and stair treads repair.
3 Level the subfloor during steel bonding and carbon fiber bonding reinforcement.
4 Corrosion-resistant materials suitable for seawater, saline-alkaline areas, and chemical plants in corrosive environments.
Section 3: Instructions for Use
1 Inspect product packaging is intact, labels match correctly.
2 Open the drum lid and remove the pre-mixed ingredients A and B from the drum.
3 Pour A material and B material slowly into the drum, stir until it forms a uniform mortar consistency.
Four: Cautionary Notes
1 This product is a resin-based material, with a full curing time of 28 days. The next process can be initiated after 24 hours of use.
2 The mixed resin mortar should be used within 2 hours. If it becomes dry and thick within this time, add an appropriate amount of water, mix well, and then use it.

Section 6: Packaging and Storage
1 This product is packaged in 20kg drums. The component ratio is 17:3.
2 Unopened, shelf life is 12 months. Use must be discontinued after expiration unless the product passes inspection and is deemed合格.
3 This product is non-toxic, odorless, and non-flammable, meets green environmental protection requirements, and can be stored and transported as general cargo.
