High-Strength Non-Shrink Grouting Material Product Features

  1. Flowability greater than or equal to 300mm, post-injection, it can uniformly disperse and freely flow. 2. Self-sealing with good fluidity, does not bleed or segregate, no vibration required, can fill the grouting area by its own weight. 3. Early high strength with high early strength, 1d strength ≥ 30Mpa, 3d strength ≥ 50Mpa, 28d strength ≥ 60Mpa. 4. The micro-expansion grouting material uses composite expansion technology, with both pre-hardening and post-hardening expansion, which can prevent sinking and water loss shrinkage of the grouting material, and prevent cracking and hollowing after grouting, as well as reduce the effective bearing surface. 5. Durable as an inorganic mixture, resistant to corrosion and aging. Domestic studies show: no significant change in strength after 2 million fatigue tests, 50 freeze-thaw cycle tests. Strength significantly improves after soaking in engine oil for 30 days. 6. Environmentally friendly, harmless, non-corrosive to steel bars, and non-polluting to water quality and the surrounding environment. 7. Suitable for winter construction, allowing outdoor work at temperatures as low as -10°C.

Grouting material

High-strength, non-shrink grouting material applications

  (1) One-time and second-time grouting for equipment foundations requiring high-precision installation. (2) Reinforcement embedding and anchor bolt anchoring in construction and geotechnical engineering. (3) Construction reinforcement and renovation projects, including beam-column joints, expansion joints, and construction joints. (4) Emergency repair construction for roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, etc. (5) Anchor construction for railway sleepers. (6) Column wet wrapped steel reinforcement for filling angle iron and column gap joints.

High-strength non-shrink grout recommended dosage

Reference dosage calculation is2.2 to 2.4 t/m3 basis, calculate the actual usage. It's because the grouting material has a high strength, far exceeding the strength achievable with cement, and it also alters the shrinkage characteristics of cement during curing, hence the name "high-strength, non-shrink grouting material"!! There are different types of grouting materials, such as CGM, HGM, etc., which are determined based on standards set by various architectural research institutes. They do not represent the quality of the product; specific usage should be tested.

High-strength, non-shrink grouting material application steps

  1. Prepare mixers, grouting equipment, molds, and maintenance materials; clean the grouting space and pre-wet the concrete surface. 2. Set up molds and seal the connections with cement (sand) mortar and plastic tape to ensure no leakage or grout escape. 3. Add water to the grouting material at 12-15% of its weight and mix (mechanical mixing for 2-3 minutes, manual mixing for over 5 minutes). 4. Pour the well-mixed grouting material into the grouting area from one direction. Use bamboo strips or steel rods for guidance if necessary, and gently vibrate or tap the mold. 5. After construction, immediately cover with plastic film and place straw mats or cotton blankets for damp curing for 3-7 days. 6. Use at temperatures between -10°C and 40°C. Strictly prohibit adding any admixtures or external materials to the grouting material.

Note: The national standard specification for grouting materials, "GB50448-2008 Application Technology Specification for Cement-Based Grouting Materials," specifies compressive strength according to "GB177-85 Test Method for Compressive Strength of Cement Aggregate Sand," and expansion rate according to "GB119-88 Application Technology Specification for Concrete Admixtures."

 

 

Superflow grouting material is made of high-strength materials as aggregates, cement as a binder, and supplemented with high fluidity, slight expansion, and anti-segregation substances. It is ready for use after adding a certain amount of water on the construction site and mixing it thoroughly. The grouting material features good self-leveling, rapid hardening, early strength, high strength, no shrinkage, slight expansion; it is non-toxic, harmless, non-aging, and does not pollute water quality or the surrounding environment, with good self-sealing properties and anti-rust characteristics. It offers reliable quality, cost reduction, shortened construction time, and ease of use during construction. It fundamentally alters the load-bearing condition of the equipment base, allowing it to uniformly bear the full load of the equipment, thereby meeting the installation requirements of various mechanical and electrical equipment (heavy-duty equipment, high-precision grinding machines), making it the ideal grouting material for the era of no-padding installation.

Grouting materials are primarily used for: anchor bolt anchoring, runway emergency repairs, equipment fixation, reinforcement of road and bridge projects, machine bases, steel structure foundations and ground sockets, secondary grouting of equipment foundations, embedded steel reinforcement, reinforcement and retrofitting of concrete structures, crack treatment of old concrete structures, installation of mechanical and electrical equipment, track and steel structure installation, static pile engineering pile sealing, thickening of wall structures and repair of leaks and seepage, grouting for various foundation engineering collapses, and various emergency repair projects.

1. Primarily used for: anchor bolt anchoring, cutting and embedding rebars, and secondary grouting of equipment foundations with grout layer thickness of 30mm < δ < 200mm. Secondary grouting for equipment foundations with oil resistance requirements is called general grouting material.

2. Primarily used for: secondary grouting for equipment foundations with grouting layer thickness ≥150mm. Reinforcement and strengthening (repair thickness ≥40mm) of the beams, slabs, columns, foundations, and floor slabs of buildings. Secondary grouting for equipment foundations with oil resistance requirements, known as reinforcement engineering grouting material.

3. Primarily used for: prestressed duct grouting, secondary grouting for equipment with 10mm < δ < 150mm grouting layer thickness, concrete beam column reinforcement angle steel and concrete gap grouting, known as concrete crack repair grouting material.

4. Primarily used for: installation of precision, large-scale, and complex equipment; reinforcement and transformation of concrete structures, enhancement, rapid road repair; known as high-strength, non-shrinkage grouting material. 5. Primarily used for: grouting material in high-temperature environments, with stable volume under high temperatures and good thermal shock resistance; suitable for equipment foundations requiring secondary grouting with a grouting layer thickness of 30mm < δ < 200mm under long-term high-temperature radiation of 500℃; known as heat-resistant grouting material.

6. Mainly used for: Short construction time, reaches C20 strength in 2 hours; immediate operation of equipment; grouting layer thickness 30mm < δ < 200mm for secondary grouting to rush the project schedule; also known as emergency repair grouting material.
