Grouting material
High-strength non-shrink grout product applications
(1) Single and double grouting for equipment foundations requiring high-precision installation. (2) Reinforcement embedding and anchor bolt anchoring in construction and geotechnical engineering. (3) Construction and renovation of building reinforcement projects, including beam-column joints, expansion joints, and construction joints. (4) Emergency repair construction for roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, etc. (5) Anchor construction for railway sleepers. (6) Column wet steel wrapping reinforcement for filling angle steel and column gap joints.
High-performance, non-shrink grouting material recommended dosage
Reference dosage calculation is2.2 to 2.4 t/m³ basis, calculate the actual usage. It's because the grouting material has high strength, far exceeding the strength achievable with cement, and alters the shrinkage characteristics of cement during curing, hence the name "high-strength, non-shrink grouting material"!! There are different types of grouting materials, such as CGM, HGM, etc., which are determined based on different standards set by architectural research institutes. They do not represent the quality of the product; specific usage requires testing.
High-strength, non-shrink grouting material application steps
1. Prepare mixers, grouting equipment, molds, and curing materials. Clean the grouting space and pre-wet the concrete surface. 2. Set up the molds and seal the joints with cement (sand) mortar and plastic tape to ensure no leakage. 3. Add water to the grouting material at 12-15% of its weight and mix (mechanically for 2-3 minutes, manually for over 5 minutes). 4. Pour the well-mixed grouting material into the grouting area from one direction. Use bamboo sticks or steel rods for guidance if necessary, and gently vibrate or tap the mold. 5. After completion, immediately cover with plastic film and add straw mats or cotton blankets for moist curing for 3-7 days. 6. Use at temperatures between -10℃ and 40℃. Strictly prohibited to add any admixtures or external materials to the grouting material.
Unit DosageApprox. 2200 kg/m³. Note: The national standard specification for grouting materials, "GB50448-2008 Application Technical Specification for Cement-based Grouting Materials," specifies compressive strength in accordance with "GB177-85 Test Method for Compressive Strength of Cement Mortar Sand," and expansion rate according to "GB119-88 Technical Specification for Application of Concrete Admixtures."
Superfluid grouting material is made by using high-strength materials as aggregates, cement as the binder, and supplemented with high fluidity, slight expansion, and anti-segregation substances. Upon adding a certain amount of water at the construction site and thorough mixing, it is ready for use. The grouting material boasts good self-leveling properties, rapid hardening, early strength, high strength, no shrinkage, slight expansion; it is non-toxic, harmless, non-aging, and does not pollute water quality or the surrounding environment. It has excellent self-sealing properties and anti-corrosion characteristics. During construction, it offers reliable quality, cost reduction, shortened project duration, and ease of use. It fundamentally alters the load-bearing conditions of equipment bases, enabling them to uniformly bear the full load of the equipment, thereby meeting the installation requirements of various mechanical and electrical equipment (heavy-duty equipment, high-precision grinding machines), making it the ideal grouting material for the era of no-padding installations.
