V. Instructions for Use
1. For different gap sizes, soil geological conditions, grouting foundation requirements, and strength criteria, determine the appropriate water-cement ratio (usually ranging from 0.5 to 4.0 for grouting materials), mix it using an electric mixer until uniform, and then pour the slurry into the grouting barrel.
2. Align and secure the feeding nozzle of the grouting machine with the grouting nozzle previously fixed to the foundation. Connect the grouting machine's power supply, open the valve to start grouting, and control the grouting pressure within a certain range (usually between 0.1-0.5 MPa). The required grouting pressure varies depending on the foundation conditions and water-cement ratio. Excessive pressure may cause cracking grouting and uneven penetration. Insufficient pressure may not allow penetration into fine spaces.
3. Seal the grouting holes after the grouting is completed.
4. For larger grouting areas, segmented grouting can be employed.
