Concrete rapid repair mortar, based on cement as the binder and high-strength material (quartz sand) as the main aggregate, supplemented with polymer powder, water-reducing agent, early strength agent, expansion agent, and anti-segregation additives, is a super-early strength concrete structural repair material.
Concrete rapid structural repair materials are divided into two types: one is self-leveling, self-compacting, and ultra-early-strength (casting) structural repair material, suitable for quick repair of internal damage in concrete structures; the other is non-self-leveling, non-self-compacting, and ultra-early-strength (repairing) structural repair material, suitable for quick repair of surface damage in concrete structures.

Cast (JZ) Type
Self-flowing
Initial slump value greater than or equal to270mm, initial collapse expansion value ≥ 650mm, 30-minute collapse retention ≥ 240mm, 30-minute collapse expansion retention ≥ 550mm, can uniformly spread and freely flow after casting.
② Self-sealing properties
Non-leaching, non-segregating; no need for vibration; can self-fill the repair area by its own weight.
③ Ultra-early strength
Early high strength, capable of meeting the requirements for rapid repair of concrete structures:
Compressive strength of 3 hours ≥ 30 Mpa, bending strength ≥ 4.5 Mpa
1-day compressive strength ≥ 40 Mpa, flexural strength ≥ 5.0 Mpa:
28-day compressive strength ≥ 60 MPa, flexural strength ≥ 7.5 MPa.
④ Non-shrink
The repair material is blended with an expanding agent, which prevents the shrinkage due to settling and water loss.
Durability
Inorganic composite, corrosion and aging resistant.
⑥ Eco-friendly
Non-toxic, harmless, non-corrosive to steel reinforcement, and non-polluting to water quality and the surrounding environment.

High Early Strength
High early strength to meet the requirements for rapid repair of concrete structures.
3-hour compressive strength ≥ 30 Mpa, flexural strength ≥ 4.5 Mpa
1-day compressive strength ≥ 40 Mpa, flexural strength ≥ 5.0 Mpa:
28-day compressive strength ≥ 60 Mpa, flexural strength ≥ 7.5 Mpa.
② Non-shrinking
The patching material is mixed with an expanding agent to prevent shrinkage due to moisture loss.
③ Durability
Inorganic blended material, corrosion and aging resistant.
④ Eco-friendly
Non-toxic, harmless, corrosion-free to steel bars, and pollution-free to water quality and surrounding environment.
1. Construction Process: Marking → Cleaning → Washing → Wetting → Cleaning → Adding Water → Mixing → Laying → Curing → Cutting Seams
Construction Equipment: High-pressure air gun, high-pressure water jet (or water truck with a pump), vertical mixer or electric drill mixer, trowel, iron trowel, water storage barrel, clean water, plastic film.
