The main structure of the rice mill slurry machine consists of coarse grinding equipment, fine grinding equipment, and a control system.
One: Coarse Grinding: Composed of two symmetrical grinding rolls for rice, the outer layer of the roller in contact with the rice is made of high-chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and other high-quality stainless alloys. This roller features high hardness, strength, good wear resistance, heat crack resistance, anti-scaling, corrosion and rust prevention, and durability. The product quality meets the standard of Q/ZJT001-2003 "High-Chromium Wear-Resistant and Corrosion-Resistant Crushing Roll." The gap adjustment between the rolls is generally designed as 0.05-0.1mm.
Section 2: Fine Grinding: The rotating stator is forged from high-quality duplex stainless steel, featuring a dense phase structure, high hardness, wear and corrosion resistance, and shock resistance. The working cavity of the rotating stator is meticulously arranged with thousands of interlocked, unevenly textured grinding teeth. The distance between the rotating stator can be adjusted according to the material properties and requirements, ranging from 0.05 to 0.1mm, to ensure the required fineness of the output material.

The Fluke Rice Wet Milling Machine's main function: After the rice is soaked, it is separately measured with water and flows into the rice roller working chamber. The roller speeds are 800r/min and 1000r/min respectively. The gap between the two rollers is 0.05-0.1mm. The coarse ground rice slurry is discharged after 20-40 mesh and then flows into the fine grinding pump. Due to the high-speed rotation of the mechanical cutting teeth, which perform millions of rapid cuts and粉碎grind every minute, the rice grains are finely ground into tiny particles of 60-100 mesh, reaching approximately 200 mesh.
