Shrimp and Fish Crushing Pump - Principle
The working principle of the fish and shrimp crushing pump: Primarily driven by a high-speed motor, fresh small fish and shrimp from marine fishing are transported into the crushing chamber of the pump via a spiral centrifugal pump. Here, the small fish and shrimp are subjected to high-speed shearing, crushing, and grinding by conical sawtooth blades, gradually moving radially. Under the cutting action of the rotor's sawtooth blades and the centrifugal force, the fish bones and shrimp shells in the fish and shrimp puree are ejected to the outer side of the rotor, where they are subjected to centrifugal squeezing, high-speed cutting, and crushing. As the fish and shrimp puree moves through this process, the fish bones and shrimp shells are gradually refined towards the crushing and grinding zone. Due to the strong high-speed shearing effect and high-frequency oscillation caused by the superimposed crushing motion, the fish bones and shrimp shells in the puree are continuously sheared, crushed, and ground to reach the user-specified particle size requirements before exiting the pump outlet. After being ground and refined by the crushing and grinding machine, the fish bones and shrimp shells in the puree can reach approximately 0.1mm, with a general conveying head of 3 to 5 meters.

The mechanical structure of the fish and shrimp crushing pump: mainly consists of a motor, bearing housing, and stainless steel pump head. The feed inlet of the crushing pump is horizontal, the slurry outlet is upward, and the two plastic tubes between the pump head and the bearing housing are water-cooled sealing pipes, below the pump head shell is the drain valve.
