Product Features
This machine is suitable for wet cutting, crushing, and grinding of explosive materials; the cutting-type crushing pump uses belt drive and the cover is designed for quick opening. All connecting bolts are equipped with external fall-proof bolts and fully sealed nuts for easy cleaning of the cavity and stator. The stator is designed for easy replacement for maintenance and repair. The main structure ensures no residue of explosive materials in the screw holes of the cavity, eliminating potential hazards. The motor is a Sinopec designated Wuxi Xian Da variable frequency explosion-proof motor. The bearing housing is cast from HT250 nodular iron. After several years of aging treatment, it ensures the equipment does not deform or leak oil during high-speed operation. The bearing housing is fitted with three Japanese NSK high-speed sealed high-quality bearings, ensuring precision during high-speed rotation. The working chamber and stator of the cutting crushing pump are made of high-quality stainless steel SUS316L, which is forged at high temperature and then rough machined. The internal radial structure of the forged parts is more compact and wear and corrosion-resistant. The precision finishing of components is completed by a machining center.
The sealing of the cutting-type grinder pump: We use a vacuum water circulation sealing system. Under the high-speed rotation of the main shaft, water is continuously pressurized towards the rear of the seal through spiral grooves. Due to the water circulation labyrinth device inside the seal chamber, water is depressurized from the reverse spiral labyrinth and continuously recirculated, with a small amount of water leaking out from the housing seal. This ensures that the material in the chamber does not come into contact with the sealing friction surface. Additionally, a vacuum device is designed on the outer side of the rotor, which generates a certain vacuum in the sealing area during high-speed rotation, further effectively isolating the material from the shaft seal. This prevents material from entering the sealed vacuum area during high-speed grinding, eliminating potential hazards such as compression and friction in contact-type seals, thereby enhancing reliability.
The vortex cutting pulverizing pump employs a swirling cutting and粉碎 method, where flammable and explosive materials are mixed with water or other explosion-proof fluids for cutting and粉碎. This effectively ensures the safety of粉碎ing flammable and explosive materials in water or other fluids. The entire粉碎 process of this equipment is a sealed circulation cutting and粉碎 method. The required particle size is achieved by adjusting the rotational speed and the number of circulation粉碎s during the production process. The particle size distribution of the material after cutting and粉碎 is narrow with a high degree of sphericity.

Explosive shearing-type pulverizing pump
The working principle of the cutting-type grinding pump is that under the high-speed drive of the motor, the material mixture enters the cutting-grinding chamber through the feeding port. It undergoes high-speed shearing, high-frequency oscillation, impact extrusion, and tens of thousands of intense hydraulic shearing and turbulence per minute within the narrow passage between the multi-layer rotors and stators. This continuously shears, tears, grinds, and emulsifies the liquid droplets within the chamber. structurally, a special device is designed, which generates a cavitation effect on the side slots of the rotating blades at high speed, causing the material particles to be subjected to high-speed shearing, peeling, and grinding, forming sheet-like materials. These sheets are then compressed and rubbed between the outer teeth of the rotor and the sloping shell, rolling and kneading into spherical or hemispherical shapes, and finally discharged from the outlet. According to the mechanical effect, the higher the rotational speed of the rotor, the faster the cycle, and the greater the friction, resulting in better spherification.
