Product Principle:

In non-fire mode, the fire automatic inspection control device performs automatic inspection on the fire pumps. The automatic inspection cycle can be adjusted from a few hours to several hundred hours. The cycle clock automatically initiates the inspection program and also features manual inspection capability. During inspection, the inspection device checks the main circuit of the fire control cabinet and, upon confirming normalcy, drives each fire pump sequentially at a low speed. This operation has a low driving power, thus achieving energy-saving effects. If a fire operation signal is received during inspection, the automatic inspection device immediately interrupts the inspection, and the control device drives the fire pump into fire operation mode at power frequency. A new inspection process is only initiated after the next inspection cycle and without fire commands. During the inspection process, if a pump failure occurs, an alarm will be issued. The inspection device will also trigger an alarm in case of overvoltage, under-voltage, phase loss, phase error, overcurrent, or short circuit. This ensures that the pump does not suffer from rusting or being seized, and can operate normally during a fire.
