The WQ series submersible sewage pump has been successfully developed by digesting and absorbing advanced technology from similar foreign products. It boasts features such as high efficiency, anti-tangling, non-clogging, automatic coupling, high reliability, and automatic control. It has unique functions in conveying solid particles and long fiber waste.
Two、WQ Submersible Sewage Pump Structural Features
The WQ series submersible sewage pumps are compactly designed with various status displays and protective devices, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
1. Unique cable sealing design eliminates the隐患 of cable water leakage.
2. The stator is made with F-grade insulation and equipped with thermal protection elements.
3. Pumps over 18.5KW utilize external recirculating water for automatic cooling, ensuring safe operation of the electric pump at the lowest water level.
4. A float switch is installed at the bottom of the motor cavity to monitor the mechanical seal on the motor side.
5. An oil-water probe is installed at the top of the oil chamber on the pump and motor, monitoring the mechanical seal on the pump side. In case of leakage, the control system will trigger an alarm for protection.
6. Wavy tube double-end face mechanical seal with seal materials of tungsten carbide, silicon carbide, and hard alloy, preventing water from entering the motor to ensure safe and reliable operation.
7. The auxiliary impeller is used to balance the external pressure of the mechanical seal, preventing water from entering the oil chamber, thereby extending the service life of the electric pump.
8. The impeller design is unique, featuring large flow channels that can pass through long fibers and debris, offering resistance to clogging, anti-tangling, and strong flow capability.
9. A replaceable wear-resistant sleeve is installed between the impeller and the bottom of the volute casing, ensuring the pump operates at peak efficiency.

Terms of Use:
1. Motor rated voltage: 380V, 50Hz three-phase AC power.
2. The pH value of the liquid medium for conveyance ranges from 4 to 10.
3. The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 40°C.
4. The medium conveyed has a density less than 1.2×10^3 Kg/m³
5. The volume ratio of solid phase in the conveying medium is below 2%.
Four.WQ Submersible Sewage Pump Application
The WQ series submersible sewage pumps are mainly used in municipal engineering, industry, construction, hotels, restaurants, and other industries. They are designed for pumping sludge, wastewater, and urban domestic sewage containing solids and various long fibers, including situations involving corrosive and erosive media.
V.WQ Submersible Sewage Pump Installation and Operation Instructions
Our submersible sewage pumps are designed with a coaxial motor and compact structure, offering high efficiency, easy installation and maintenance, economic operation, and strong adaptability. The installation methods include mobile installation and fixed installation. Fixed installation is further divided into automatic coupling installation and fixed dry installation, while mobile installation is also known as free installation.
Automatic coupling installation
The automatic coupling installation device allows for quick and easy insertion of the electric pump into the sewage medium along the sliding guide rail, with the pump and base automatically coupling and sealing. Installation and maintenance are extremely convenient. In this type, the pump is connected to the coupling device, and the coupling base is fixed at the bottom of the pump pit (pre-installed with anchor bolts during the construction of the sewage pit, simply fix the coupling base in use). The pump can automatically move up and down within the guide rail. When lowering the pump, the coupling device automatically couples with the coupling base, and when lifting the pump, it automatically detaches from the coupling base.
This option can be equipped with hydraulic switches, intermediate terminal boxes, and fully automatic protection control cabinets according to customer requirements. When selecting, please specify the pump model, installation method, pool depth, and pump control protection method to provide the most optimal system. If the customer has special needs, our factory can provide pumps made of special materials.
Portable installation method
Electric pumps are supported by brackets and can be connected to the discharge hose. Suitable for river management, industrial wastewater discharge, and sludge removal in municipal construction.
Permanent Dry Mount Installation
The pump unit is installed on the opposite side of the sump, together with the inlet pipe, securely mounted on the base. Due to the water jacket cooling system, it ensures the pump operates under full load conditions. Advantages: Continuous water flow冲击 does not damage the pump in the sump and can withstand unexpected flooding. Suitable for municipal construction and the discharge of wastewater from underground pump stations under flyovers.
Installation and Usage Precautions
(1) Prior to operation, carefully inspect the electric pump for any deformation or damage during transportation, storage, and installation, and check if any fasteners are loose or have fallen off.
(2) Inspect the cable for any signs of damage or断裂, and replace it if there are any injuries to prevent leakage.
(3) Ensure the power unit is safe and reliable; the rated voltage must match the label.
(4) The cold insulation resistance value of the motor stator winding to ground, as measured by a megger, must not be less than 50 megohms.
(5) Absolutely do not use the cable of the pump as an installation or lifting rope to avoid any danger.
(6) The pump rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the inlet. If the pump reverses, simply swap the positions of any two wires in the cable, and the pump will run forward.
(7) Pumps must be submerged vertically in water; horizontal placement is not allowed. They should not sink into sludge, and the power supply must be disconnected when moving the pump.
(8) After multiple uses, the electric pump must be operated in clean water for several minutes to prevent sediment buildup inside the pump and ensure its cleanliness.
(9) When the electric pump is not in use for a long period, it should be removed from the water to minimize the chance of the motor stator winding getting damp, thereby extending the lifespan of the electric pump.
(10) Under normal operating conditions, after one year of operation, the electric pump should be maintained and serviced. Replace worn-out wearing parts, check the tightness, replenish or replace the bearing grease and mechanical oil in the oil chamber, to ensure smooth operation of the electric pump.
