
I. Product Overview
The ISG vertical single-stage pipeline centrifugal pump, also known as a single-stage centrifugal pump, pipeline pump, vertical centrifugal pump, clean water pump, boost pump, circulating pump, and pressure-regulating pump, is a product developed by our technical research institute in collaboration with domestic pump experts. It selects the top hydraulic models domestically and combines the performance parameters of the IS-type centrifugal pump and the SG-type pipeline pump, cleverly designing it based on general vertical water pumps. Additionally, based on the ISG series pipeline pumps, variations such as hot water pipeline pumps, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant chemical pipeline pumps, and pipeline oil pumps are derived according to different usage temperatures and media. This product line boasts high efficiency, energy-saving, low noise, and reliable performance. It complies with the latest national machinery department standard JB/T53058-93 and is designed and manufactured according to the international ISO 2858 standard.
II. Model Significance
Flow Range: 1.1~1900 m³/h
b. Head Range: 10~133m
c. Medium Temperature: ≤80℃
d. Working Pressure: ≤1.6 MPa
e. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is ≤0.2mm.
III. Main Applications
1、ISGVertical pipeline pump, designed for conveying clean water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clean water, suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, fire-fighting pressure boosting, HVAC refrigeration circulation, garden sprinkling, long-distance transportation, high-rise building pressure boosting, bathroom, and other cold and hot water circulation pressure boosting and equipment matching. Operating temperatureT<80℃。
2. IRG (GRG) vertical hot water (high-temperature) circulating pipeline pumps are widely used in: energy, papermaking, chemical industry, metallurgy, textile, and hotel and catering industry boiler high-temperature hot water pressure boosting circulation and urban heating system circulation pumps. The IRG type has a service temperature T < 120°C, while the GRG type has a service temperature T < 240°C.
3. IHG vertical chemical centrifugal pump for conveying liquids free of solid particles, with a viscosity similar to water and corrosive in nature. Suitable for industries such as power, metallurgy, chemicals, oil, papermaking, food, and synthetic fibers. Operating temperature range: -20℃ to 120℃.
4. YG type vertical pipeline centrifugal oil pump, designed for transferring gasoline, kerosene, diesel, and other petroleum products; the temperature range of the medium being transferred is -20℃ to +120℃.
IV. Working Conditions
Pipe pump suction pressure ≤1.0 MPa, pump system maximum working pressure ≤1.6 MPa, meaning suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa. Static pressure test of the pump ≤ 2.5 MPa. Please specify system working pressure upon order. If the pump system working pressure is greater than 1.6 MPa, it must be mentioned separately at the time of order to ensure cast steel material is used for the overflow and connection parts during manufacturing. Environmental temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 95%.
V. Installation Instructions
1. Prior to installation, check for any loose fasteners on the unit and ensure the pump body flow paths are clear of obstructions to prevent damage to the impeller and pump housing during operation.
2. Do not add the pipe weight to the pump during installation to prevent deformation of the pump.
3. The ground bolts must be tightened during installation to prevent vibration from affecting the pump's performance during startup.
4. To facilitate maintenance and ensure safe operation, install a regulating valve on each of the pump's inlet and outlet pipelines, as well as a pressure gauge near the pump's outlet. This ensures operation within the rated head and flow range, guaranteeing the pump runs smoothly and extends the pump's service life.
5. After installation, turn the pump shaft; the impeller should not produce any rubbing sound or jamming. Otherwise, disassemble the pump to check the cause.
6. Pumps are available in two types of installation: rigid connection and flexible connection (see connection methods).
