Product Introduction:
SP-1207H is a two-component, high-performance, solvent-free epoxy floor coating produced from imported raw materials. It features a smooth, attractive finish that is durable and long-lasting. Suitable for use as a thin-film topcoat in flooring coating systems.
Application Scope:
Concrete floors for manufacturing workshops and garages, offices, shopping malls, warehouses, etc., in industries such as electrical, electronics, food, chemicals, and machinery.
● Installation Instructions:
1. Mixed: A component to B component = 4:1, mix thoroughly and evenly after blending.
2. Cure temperature during construction should be between 10-35°C, with relative humidity less than 80%; construction is prohibited otherwise. Use winter type below 20°C and summer type above 20°C; moisture content of concrete surface should be less than 6%. Ensure the construction site is well-ventilated and dust-free, but avoid strong winds to prevent dust from affecting the appearance. This product is not suitable for areas exposed to direct sunlight or with high UV intensity. Usable time: approximately 30 min (at 25°C); the higher the temperature, the shorter the usable time after mixing. Construction is not recommended when the ambient temperature exceeds 35°C.
3. Theoretical Consumption: 0.25~0.40 kg/m² (adjustable as needed)
4. Recommended Thickness: 0.2~0.3mm (Dry Film Thickness)
5. Construction Method:
Roll coating, suitable for large-scale applications, features medium to long-haired wool rollers
Apply using standard or airless spray equipment.
Brush painting is recommended for small areas, and a soft-bristle brush should be used.
6. Diluent: Not required; if the construction environment temperature affects the construction difficulty, it is necessary to consider the specific environmental conditions for use.
Under Xiupu Technology guidance, an appropriate amount of SP-8302 diluent may be added.
7. Tool Cleaning: SP-8302 Diluent B
8. Recoating Interval: Proceed with the next step of the coating process only after confirming that the coating is completely dry, typically under standard environmental conditions.
Interval time is 24 hours.
