Product Introduction:
SP-1206H is a two-component, high-performance, solvent-free epoxy flooring middle coat made from imported raw materials. It can be applied thickly in a single coat, offering high compressive strength and durability. It is suitable for the middle leveling layer, mortar layer, and putty layer in flooring coating systems.
Application Range:
Adhesive paints for use with intermediate leveling layers, mortar layers, putty layers, etc., in floor coating systems.
● Installation Instructions:
Mixed: A component to B component = 4:1, mix thoroughly and evenly after blending.
2. Cure temperature during construction should be between 10-35°C, with relative humidity less than 80%; otherwise, construction is prohibited. The moisture content of the concrete base should be less than 6%. Ensure the construction site is well-ventilated and dust-free, but avoid strong winds. This product is not suitable for areas exposed to direct sunlight or with high UV intensity.
3. Usable Time: Approximately 25 min (at 25℃); the usable time after mixing is shorter as the temperature increases. Environmental temperature above 35℃
When in doubt, do not proceed with construction.
4. Theoretical Consumption: 0.1~1.0 kg/m2 (adjustable as needed, multiple coatings may be required)
5. Recommended Thickness: 0.1~1mm
6. Application Method: Generally, scraping is used, and a flat trowel is used for spreading mortar or putty.
7. Diluent: Not required; if the construction environment temperature affects the construction difficulty, it is necessary to consider the environmental conditions for use. Under the guidance of Xiupu technology, an appropriate amount of SP-8302 diluent or SP-8310 epoxy primer can be added as needed using a low-odor diluent.
8. Tool Cleaning: Use low-odor thinner for SP-8302 Diluent B or SP-8310 Epoxy Primer.
9. Recoating Interval: Proceed to the next coating step only after confirming the previous coat is fully dried, typically with a 24-hour interval in standard conditions.

Special Note:
This product should be used in conjunction with the products recommended by Xiupu.
Prevent open flames at construction sites and enhance air circulation (especially during high humidity or rainy seasons).
No cross construction allowed to prevent dust and debris contamination.
There is ample lighting and power supply on-site, with heating or cooling facilities available as needed.
The flatness of the ground surface after construction depends on the original surface flatness. When there are special flatness requirements, a special construction plan should be formulated in advance.
The cured material itself does not crack, but does not guarantee cracks due to factors such as surface contraction.
After 24 hours (at 25℃) of normal maintenance, pedestrian traffic can be reopened. After 7 days of maintenance, normal use is permitted.
