Product Introduction:
This product is a two-component solvent-free epoxy primer, which boasts both penetration and film-forming properties. When combined with concrete surfaces, it forms a transition layer made of a composite of organic and inorganic materials, providing a solid foundation for subsequent coatings.
Application Range:
Bottom coat for floor coating systems, suitable for concrete substrates that meet national standard specifications; not to be used on substrates that are powdery, sandy, or have a strength below C25.
Installation Instructions:
Mixed: A component to B component = 3:1, mix thoroughly and evenly after blending.
2. Cure temperature during construction should be between 10-35°C, relative humidity should be less than 80%, the surface temperature of the base should be at least 3°C higher than the dew point of the air, and the moisture content of the concrete base should be less than 6%. Construction is prohibited if these conditions are not met. Ensure the construction area is well-ventilated and dust-free, but avoid strong winds to prevent dust from affecting the appearance.
3. Usable Time: Approximately 25 min (at 25℃); the higher the temperature, the shorter the usable period after mixing. Not suitable for application when the ambient temperature is above 35℃.
4. Theoretical Consumption: 0.12~0.30 kg/m2 (adjustable as needed, may require multiple coatings)
5. Application Method: Scribing, Rolling.
6. Diluent: Not required; if the construction environment temperature affects the construction difficulty, it is necessary to consider the environmental conditions. Under the guidance of Xiupu technology, an appropriate amount of SP-8302 diluent or SP-8310 epoxy primer can be added as needed for low-odor diluent.
7. Tool Cleaning: Use low-odor thinner for SP-8302 Diluent B or SP-8310 Epoxy Primer Midcoat.
8. Recoating Interval: Proceed with the next coating step only after confirming that the previous coat has fully dried, typically with a 24-hour interval under standard environmental conditions.

● Special Note:
This product should be used in conjunction with products recommended by Xiupu's system.
Prevent open flames at construction sites and enhance air circulation (especially during high humidity or rainy seasons).
No cross-construction allowed to prevent dust and debris contamination.
There is adequate lighting and power supply on-site, with heating or cooling facilities available as needed.
The flatness of the floor surface after construction depends on the original base level flatness. When there is a special flatness requirement, a special construction plan should be formulated in advance.
The cured material itself does not develop cracks, but does not guarantee against cracks caused by factors such as substrate shrinkage.
After 24 hours (at 25℃) of normal maintenance, pedestrian traffic can be reopened. Normal use is possible after 7 days of maintenance.
