Product Introduction:
Solvent-free, ultra-wear-resistant, anti-slip topcoat is a two-component, somewhat flexible finish material. By incorporating high-hardness, high-abrasion-resistant powder, the entire coating system's wear resistance and scratch resistance are significantly enhanced. The slightly rough surface scatters light to create a matte finish. It also effectively reduces tire friction noise. This product fully meets the requirements of high-traffic areas for high wear resistance, resistance to metal scratching, low reflectivity, noiseless operation, and no tire mark residue.
● Product Application:
This product is suitable for floors in factories, underground parking garages, and other areas requiring anti-slip, wear-resistant, and matte finishes. It addresses issues such as easy scratching, poor wear resistance, glare, strong tire noise, tire mark residue, and inadequate anti-slip safety that are common with standard epoxy self-leveling and flat coating systems.
● Construction Conditions:
Coating environment temperature range: 5～35°C. The base surface temperature should be at least 3°C higher than the dew point of the air. Use winter type below 20°C; use summer type above 20°C.
Coating environment humidity range: <80%
Ventilation Conditions: Ensure the construction site is dust-free and well-ventilated. However, avoid strong winds to prevent dust from entering and affecting the appearance.
Note: This product is not suitable for use in areas directly exposed to sunlight or with high UV intensity.
