I. Overview
The noise emitted from steam exhausts in steam boilers and other thermal equipment far exceeds the values stipulated in our country's "Noise Sanitation Standards for Industrial Enterprises" (refer to Appendices 1 and 2). To address this, our factory's innovative steam silencer series is primarily used for effectively silencing steam exhausts from boilers and steam turbines in power generation, chemical, metallurgical, and textile industries. Many industrial and mining enterprises use a large number of low-pressure steam boilers with pressures of 0.13 Mpa and below, and there are also numerous low-pressure thermal devices in power plant thermal systems, such as back-pressure turbines, deaerators, auxiliary vacuum pumps, low-pressure steam pipelines, continuous blowdown expansion tanks for boilers, and periodic blowdown expansion tanks. These equipment are equipped with steam exhaust silencers that are structurally light and easy to install according to the requirements of the exhaust pipes. Section II: Applications and Product Features of Low-Pressure Steam Exhaust Mufflers:
Low-pressure steam exhaust silencers are suitable for various low-temperature, low-pressure thermal installations, such as back-pressure turbines, deaerators, auxiliary vacuum pumps, low-pressure steam pipelines, continuous blowdown expansion tanks for boilers, and periodic blowdown expansion tanks, etc. These equipment are equipped with exhaust silencers that are lightweight in structure and easy to install, as required by the exhaust piping. Guanghe Power Equipment offers exhaust silencers for different noise reduction applications, including back-pressure turbine exhaust silencers and high-pressure deaerator exhaust silencers, which can meet the operational requirements of users.
The TD series low-pressure steam exhaust silencers utilize the noise reduction principle of through-hole expansion, volume increase, and sound absorption, replacing small-hole injection with through-hole expansion and volume increase to ensure smooth exhaust flow. The composite sound absorption and sound insulation cover and sheet effectively absorb the remaining mid-to-high-frequency noise. The PD series low-pressure steam exhaust silencers consist of metal-wound through-hole expansion, volume increase, and pressure-reducing tubes, along with small-hole injection discharge shells. The expansion and volume increase tubes distribute the steam flow, reducing noise and preventing the regeneration of sound. The small-hole injection discharge shell is a small element with many holes, machined from stainless steel, which redirects the wideband exhaust noise to a region beyond the human ear's sensitivity, accelerating sound attenuation. Order Selection Guidelines
Our exhaust silencer series is meticulously designed to meet the specific steam emission requirements of our customers. To achieve optimal noise reduction, the product must be compatible with the emission target, steam parameters, and volume. Therefore, when ordering a silencer, the following parameters must be provided:
① Provide turbine model, boiler capacity, steam pressure, and temperature for thermal power plants.
②Application (such as for boiler superheat emissions or drum emissions, etc.)
③ Emission Rate T/H
④ Original exhaust pipe outer diameter, wall thickness;
⑤ Should you entrust our factory with the installation design, please provide the original exhaust piping installation diagram.
