I. Overview
Noise emitted from steam emissions in steam boilers and other thermal equipment far exceeds the values stipulated in China's "Industrial Enterprise Noise Hygiene Standards" (refer to Appendices 1 and 2). To address this, our factory's innovative steam silencer series is primarily used for effectively silencing steam emissions in thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation, chemical, metallurgical, and textile industries. A large number of industrial and mining enterprises use low-pressure steam boilers with pressure of 0.13 Mpa or less, and there are also substantial low-pressure thermal units in power plant systems, such as back-pressure steam turbines, deaerators, auxiliary vacuum pumps, low-pressure steam pipelines, continuous blowdown expansion tanks, and regular blowdown expansion tanks. These equipment are equipped with steam exhaust silencers with light structures and easier installation, as required by the exhaust piping. II. Application and Product Features of Low-Pressure Steam Exhaust Silencer:
Low-pressure steam exhaust silencers are suitable for various low-temperature, low-pressure thermal equipment such as back-pressure turbines, deaerators, auxiliary vacuum pumps, low-pressure steam pipelines, continuous blowdown expansion tanks of boilers, and regular blowdown expansion tanks. These equipment are equipped with exhaust silencers that are lightweight in structure and easier to install, as required by the exhaust pipes. Guanghe Power Equipment designs exhaust silencers for different noise-reduction applications, including back-pressure turbine exhaust silencers and high-pressure deaerator exhaust silencers, which can meet the operational requirements of customers.
The TD series low-pressure steam exhaust mufflers utilize a through-hole expansion and pressure reduction principle combined with soundproofing and sound absorption. This replaces the small hole injection with through-hole expansion and pressure reduction, ensuring smooth exhaust flow. The composite soundproofing and sound absorption housing and panels effectively absorb residual mid-to-high-frequency noise. The PD series low-pressure steam exhaust mufflers consist of a metal-wound through-hole expansion and pressure reduction tube and a small hole jet release shell. The expansion and pressure reduction tube distributes the steam flow, thereby reducing noise and preventing the re-generation of sound. The small hole jet release shell is a small hole element with many holes, made by drilling stainless steel, which pushes the broadband exhaust noise into a region beyond the human ear's sensitivity, accelerating sound attenuation. Order Selection Guidelines
Our company's exhaust silencer series is meticulously designed to meet the specific steam emission targets and requirements of our customers. To achieve optimal noise reduction, it is essential that the product aligns with the emission target, steam parameters, and volume. Therefore, when ordering a silencer, the following parameters must be provided:
① Provide steam turbine model, boiler capacity, steam pressure, and temperature for thermal power plants.
②Application (such as for boiler superheated emissions or drum emissions, etc.)
③ Emission Rate: T/H
④ Original exhaust pipe outer diameter and wall thickness
⑤ Should you entrust our factory with the installation design, please provide the original exhaust piping installation diagram.
