Y-2 AC Synchronous Core

Y-2 is an ergonomic alternating current electromagnetic yoke that enhances work efficiency and reduces the fatigue of the operator's arms and wrists during operation. It generates a strong alternating magnetic field for detecting surface defects in magnetic particle inspection applications.

The lightweight Y-2 comes with ergonomically designed handles and switches, meeting the durability requirements for field inspections. The Y-2 is equipped with field-replaceable power cords and switches, allowing for easy maintenance, ensuring that a damaged power cord won't disrupt operations.

Bright LED lighting as an optional accessory aids in illuminating the inspection area while magnetizing the workpiece. The kit includes a carrying case with materials for comprehensive magnetic particle inspection, such as #1 gray magnetic powder and #8A red magnetic powder, a yellow marking pen, and a cleaning cloth.
