American Flux Handheld High-Intensity Non-Destructive Testing Dual Light LED Black Light EV6500

The EV6500 is a handheld LED black light with a white LED component, specifically designed for non-destructive testing applications. It is suitable for fluorescent penetrant testing and fluorescent magnetic particle inspection, among others.

The design with a large irradiation area is suitable for both online detection and handheld use. Post the use of EV6500, its high irradiation intensity of 7,000 μW/cm² effectively enhances defect visibility, and the larger irradiation area of this product compared to similar items reduces the time required for detection.

To enhance testing flexibility, the EV6500 features an easy-to-activate white LED mode, which can detect the locations of visible cracks without the need for additional white light illumination equipment. The white LED component provides a vast and even visible light illumination of over 150 foot-candles.
