Phased Array Probe for Weld Seam Inspection
A31 and A32 probes

Advantages and Features
Optimized design for weld seam inspection
Pioneering signal-to-noise ratio performance
Wide thickness measurement range
Innovative wedge concept for improved coupling with workpieces
Acutically, it matches with Rexolite.
Typical Applications
Manual or automatic inspection of weld seams from 3mm to 60mm thickness using angle beam technology
Innovative wedge design for transverse or longitudinal wave detection
Small bottom probe
The small base probe can access extremely narrow areas for inspection (the base size of the A00 probe is 8mm x 8mm). It also offers a specially designed small base wedge for such applications. Cable connectors can extend from the sides or top of these probes.

Advantages and Features
Accessible in narrow areas (the bottom surface area of the A00 probe is 8mm x 8mm)
Cable connectors can extend out from the side or top of the probe (input A0).
Design special small bottom wedge blocks
10L16-A00 for scratch detection applications in the aerospace industry
Universal Transducer
The universal probe features a design that combines thin probes/wedges, allowing easy access to confined areas for inspections. Olympus also offers a variety of wedges suitable for various beam angle applications for user selection. These probes are used for manual or automatic detection of welds ranging from 6.35 mm to 38 mm thick, and can also detect cracks and welding defects in castings, forgings, pipes, tubing, machined parts, and structural components.

Advantages and Features
The probe features a design that combines a thin probe/wedge block, facilitating entry into confined areas for inspection.
Acoustically compatible with Rexolite's sound wave layer
Probe head equipped with anchor bolt screw
Olympus offers a variety of wedges for users to choose from, suitable for various beam angle applications.
Typical Applications
A10, A11, and A12 Probes
Manual or automatic inspection of weld seams from 6.35mm to 38mm in thickness
Defect Detection and Quantification
Inspect cracks and welding defects in castings, forgings, pipes, tubing, machined parts, and structural components
Deep Penetration Probe
Deep penetration probes can be used in conjunction with various wedges for various angle beam inspection applications. These probes are specifically designed for deep penetration inspection applications, such as: inspecting thicker plates, welds, forgings, as well as noisier or granular materials.

Advantages and Features
The acoustic layer is compatible with Rexolite.
