Manual Single-Axis Scanner HST LITE
Manual Single-Axis Scanner
For single-channel TOFD inspections requiring high-quality signals and cost-effectiveness, the HST-Lite scanner is an ideal choice. This scanner features a magnetic wheel and spring-loaded probe holder, providing the necessary stability for high-quality line inspections. It can be operated with one hand; it also adheres to ferromagnetic surfaces, even when inverted.

The coding operation for the scanner's position can be performed on the plane as well as around the circumference of pipes with an outer diameter as small as 114.3 mm. The scanner's various components can be adjusted without tools.
Key Features
Two TOFD probes can be used for circumferential scanning on pipes with an outer diameter of 114.3 mm (4.5 inches) or larger.
4 magnetic wheels allow the scanner to securely adhere to ferromagnetic detection surfaces.
Lightweight aluminum frame.
Spring-loaded probe bracket, separated for individual placement.
Waterproof, spring-loaded encoder with a resolution of 9 steps/mm.
Detachable handle, reducing the height of the scanner.
Device for securing umbilical cables.
The frame structure design allows the probe to be positioned in the outer area of the magnetic wheel (requires 2 additional magnetic wheels).
The reference values engraved on the scanner and the pointer on the probe holder ensure easy measurement of the distance between probes.
