Corrosion Imaging Solution OMNISCAN MX2
Phased array detection aids in quickly and efficiently completing corrosion inspections. Our solution offers fully encoded C-scan imaging capabilities, which not only enhances the efficiency of inspectors but also collects data with higher resolution.

The HydroFORM scanner, FlexoFORM scanner, RexoFORM wedge, and dual crystal linear array probe offer effective detection solutions for wall thinning due to corrosion, erosion, and abrasion. Our solutions can also detect internal wall damage such as hydrogen-induced blistering or delamination caused during manufacturing, and easily differentiate these anomalies from wall thinning.
The dual crystal linear array probe offers a cost-effective corrosion detection solution. When equipped with an Olympus encoder, it can perform encoded C-scan imaging operations, boasting a near-surface resolution of 1 millimeter.

RexoFORM and VersaMOUSE offer single-line encoding scanning, and can also perform 2D imaging operations when using integrated step-click buttons.

HydroFORM utilizes single-line encoding scans with its integrated Mini-Wheel encoder. Additionally, with the optional stepping clicker, it can perform 2D imaging operations.
