GeneralNo Chinese content provided.
The integrated automatic backflush water purifier is a new-generation water purification equipment independently developed by our company by absorbing domestic and international technologies. It features quick construction cycle, cost-effective comprehensive investment, compact and flexible layout, less land area, excellent water quality output, and simple operation and maintenance. It is an ideal equipment for urban water supply and industrial and mining enterprise water purification. The treated water quality meets the national "Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water." The introduction of this equipment provides a more convenient approach for the treatment of drinking water purification stations in urban areas and small and medium-sized industrial and mining enterprises. Since its launch, the product has provided this convenience to numerous users and has earned a good reputation.
Performance Features
The main unit of the integrated automatic backflush water purifier is made of steel structure, manufactured as finished products in our factory. Upon arrival at the site, it can be installed and debugged for immediate use, with a fast construction cycle. For items that are not convenient for transportation, on-site fabrication is available.
Integrated automatic backflush water purifier has taken full consideration of regional water quality differences in its design. While reasonably selecting dosing points, it has added coagulation reaction functions, ensuring sufficient coagulation reaction time for the device. It also features a conservative surface load design, enhancing the equipment's ability to withstand shock loads, making it more suitable for different regional water quality conditions. The filtration system uses low-resistance water distribution for deep slow filtration, ensuring the turbidity of the effluent after filtration.≤3Degrees.
Integrated automatic backflush water purifier, designed with a focus on convenience, practicality, and ease of operation. The system cleverly utilizes hydraulic characteristics for automatic operation, with minimal requirements for operator skill, allowing most individuals to operate it effortlessly. It also features automatic control of equipment operation. When the filter layer is partially blocked, it automatically backflushes. The entire unit has no moving parts, resulting in almost zero equipment failure, reliable operation, and ease of maintenance.
Operating Principle
The integrated automatic backflush water purifier consists of two main parts: the rapid inclined tube sedimentation tank and the gravity filter. Its working principle and technical features are as follows:
1Rapid Inclined Tube Sedimentation Tank
The Rapid Inclined Plate Settler is an improved version of the traditional horizontal flow settler. By incorporating inclined plates within the settler, the settling area is increased, significantly enhancing the efficiency of the inclined plate settler. This results in an increased water output for a settler of the same area. In other words, under the same water treatment volume, the volume of the equipment (or unit) can be reduced, thereby decreasing equipment investment. Along with reducing the equipment volume through the inclined plates, the hydraulic conditions are also technically improved: when the diameter and spacing of the inclined plates are sufficiently small (usually),30mm(Left to right), the water flow is in a laminar state, at which point the settling of particles is not disturbed by the water flow, enhancing a coagulation reaction zone. After raw water enters, it first undergoes coagulation reaction where suspended impurities絮凝 into larger particles, and then enters the sedimentation zone to ensure effective sedimentation. Due to the presence of a reaction zone, the sedimentation tank of this equipment has a longer coagulation time and better sedimentation effect than traditional integrated water purifiers. Generally, the incoming water turbidity is1000ppmAt in-line, the sedimentation tank effluent turbidity is already ≤15ppm。
2Gravity-assisted automatic backwash filter
This device is designed for hydraulic automatic backflushing, and its operating principle is as follows:
The filtration process involves: Clear water after sedimentation or clarification, followed by the water distribution trough.UThe tube enters the siphon riser, where water is evenly distributed over the filter medium by the water distribution baffles inside the top cover. Water then filters down through the medium. The filtered water flows into the collection area, the outlet tank, via a low-resistance water distribution system. When the water level rises to the outlet pipe, the filtered water is transferred to the clear water tank.
As the filter pond is newly operational, the filter media layer is relatively clean. However, after a certain period of operation, due to the gradual increase of solid particle impurities within the filter media layer, the head loss also increases. Consequently, the water level slowly rises along the siphon riser pipe. Once the head loss reaches a certain point, the water level in the siphon riser pipe rises to the siphon auxiliary pipe, rapidly flowing down. Relying on the entrainment of air and the jet action of the water flow, as well as the continuous removal of air from the siphon pipe by the suction pipe, a vacuum is formed in the siphon pipe. The water in the siphon riser pipe then rapidly overflows the top and falls down the siphon downpipe, marking the beginning of the backflushing process. The water from the rinse tank is flushed upwards through the connecting pipe, collection area, and distribution system to rinse the filter media layer. The rinse wastewater is then drained through the siphon pipe into the drain well. During the rinse process, the water level in the tank gradually decreases, approximately...5minRight, as the water level in the tank drops to the siphon breaker, the siphon is disrupted, ending the flushing process and restarting the filtration.
Setting up this device eliminates the need for traditional mechanical backflush pumps and the requirement to draw clean water for backflushing from the water tank. This simplifies the entire system by reducing the need for backflush pumps, associated piping, valves, and fittings, significantly easing the operational and management burden as well as equipment investment. As backflushing is automatically performed based on the degree of filter layer clogging, it reduces human operational errors. The entire unit can even operate without human intervention.
It is evident that the adoption of a modular integrated water purification system for small to medium-sized water plants offers numerous advantages unmatched by other equipment. Its implementation simplifies, streamlines, and enhances the reliability of the entire treatment system. Technically and economically, it outperforms traditional water purification systems. Currently, this product is increasingly being used by a growing number of users in small water plants, having become the replacement for conventional purification systems.
