Integrated automatic backflush water purifier
GeneralDescribed
The integrated automatic backflush water purifier is a new generation of water purification equipment independently developed by our company, absorbing and integrating domestic and international technologies. It features fast construction cycle, cost-effective comprehensive investment, compact layout, flexibility, minimal land occupation, excellent effluent water quality, and simple operation and maintenance. It is an ideal equipment for urban water supply and industrial and mining enterprises. The treated water quality meets the national "Health Standard for Drinking Water." The introduction of this equipment provides a more convenient approach for processing water in urban water supply and small and medium-sized water purification stations in industrial and mining enterprises. Since its launch, the product has provided this convenience to numerous users and has gained a good reputation.
Performance Features
The integrated automatic backflush water purifier's main unit is made of steel structure, manufactured as finished products in our factory. Upon arrival at the site, it can be installed and debugged for immediate use, with a quick construction cycle. For items that are not convenient for transportation, on-site manufacturing and installation can be arranged.
Integrated automatic backflush water purifier, designed with full consideration of regional water quality differences. It not only selects rational dosing points but also adds coagulation reaction functionality, ensuring ample coagulation reaction time. The surface load is designed conservatively, enhancing the equipment's ability to withstand shock loads, making it suitable for various regional water quality conditions. The filtration system uses low resistance water distribution for deep slow filtration, ensuring the turbidity of the treated water after filtration.≤3Degree.
Integrated automatic backwash water purifier, designed with a focus on convenience, practicality, and ease of operation, cleverly utilizes hydraulic characteristics for automatic operation. It requires minimal operator skill, allowing most individuals to operate it effortlessly, and it can automatically control the equipment's operational features. It automatically backwashes when the filter surface becomes sufficiently clogged. The entire unit has no moving parts, resulting in almost zero equipment failures, reliable operation, and ease of maintenance.
Operating Principle
The integrated automatic backflush water purifier is composed of two main parts: the rapid inclined tube sedimentation tank and the gravity filter. Its working principle and technical features are as follows:
1Rapid Slope Tube Sedimentation Tank
The Rapid Inclined Plate Settler is an improved version of the traditional horizontal flow settler, featuring inclined plates within the settler to increase the settling area, thereby significantly enhancing the efficiency of the inclined plate settler. This results in an increased water output for a settler of the same area. In other words, under the premise of treating the same volume of water, the volume of the equipment (or unit) can be reduced, thereby decreasing equipment investment. Along with reducing the equipment volume through the inclined plates, the hydraulic conditions are also technically greatly improved: when the pipe diameter and spacing of the inclined plates are sufficiently small (usually less than...),30mm(Left to right), the water flow is in a laminar state, at which point the settling of particles is not disturbed by the water flow, enhancing a coagulation reaction zone. After raw water enters, it first undergoes coagulation reaction where suspended impurities絮凝 into larger particles, and then proceeds to the sedimentation zone to ensure effective sedimentation. Due to the presence of a reaction zone, the sedimentation tank of this equipment has a longer coagulation time and better sedimentation effect than traditional integrated water purifiers. Generally, the incoming water turbidity is1000ppmDuring the domestic phase, the turbidity of the sedimentation tank effluent is already ≤15ppm。
2Gravity-assisted automatic backwash filter
This device is designed for hydraulic automatic backflushing, and its operating principle is as follows:
The filtration process is: Clear water after sedimentation or clarification, followed by the water distribution trough,UTubular pipes enter the siphon riser, where water is evenly distributed over the filter medium by the distribution baffle inside the top cover. Water filters down through the medium, and the filtered water then flows into the collection area through a low-pressure distribution system, which is the storage tank. When the water level reaches the outlet pipe, the filtered water is directed into the clean water tank.
The filter bed is relatively clean when it is newly put into operation. However, as the operation continues and solid particles and impurities accumulate in the filter bed, the head loss increases accordingly. The water level rises slowly along the siphon riser pipe. Once the head loss reaches a certain point, the water level in the siphon riser pipe rises to the siphon auxiliary pipe, flowing down rapidly. Relying on the entrainment and jetting effect of the water flow, along with the continuous removal of air from the siphon pipe by the suction pipe, a vacuum is formed in the siphon pipe. Subsequently, the water in the siphon riser pipe overflows the top and falls along the siphon downpipe, initiating the backflushing process. The water in the rinse tank冲洗水箱 is flushed from bottom to top through the connecting pipe, the collection area, and the distribution system, rinsing the filter bed. The rinse wastewater flows into the drain well through the siphon pipe. During the rinse process, the water level in the tank gradually decreases, approximately...5minAlright, as the water level in the tank drops to the siphon breaker, the siphon is disrupted, ending the flushing process, and the filtration restarts.
Setting up this device eliminates the need for traditional mechanical surge pumps and the use of clean water from the pool for backwashing, making the entire system simpler due to the reduction of backwashing pumps and associated piping, valves, and fittings. This significantly reduces the intensity of operation and management as well as equipment investment. Since backwashing is automated based on the degree of filter layer clogging, it minimizes human operation errors, and the entire unit can operate even without human intervention.
It is evident that using a combined automatic integrated water purification system as the purification equipment for small and medium-sized water plants offers numerous advantages unmatched by other devices. Its adoption will simplify, facilitate, and enhance the reliability of the entire treatment system. It is superior to traditional water purifiers in both technology and economics. Currently, this product is increasingly being used by users in small water plants, having become the replacement for traditional water purifiers.
