1) Reinforcement exposed in concrete construction due to insufficient concrete cover thickness requires key treatment to prevent corrosion. Common and effective methods in China often involve using a 3-component epoxy mortar for repair to achieve the purpose of preventing corrosion. 2) The 3-component epoxy mortar, also known as epoxy putty, is a material used for rapid repair and reinforcement of concrete defects. It boasts high strength, high adhesive force, and excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
Epoxy emulsion cement mortar is a mortar used for anti-corrosion in construction. It has strong adhesion to various materials such as smooth concrete, facing tiles, metal, wood, plastic, etc., and exhibits properties like water resistance, impermeability, resistance to moisture and heat, corrosion resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, non-flammability, non-toxicity, and environmental friendliness, posing no harm to humans. It can be applied on damp surfaces and hardens well in both damp conditions and underwater. Containers used during the process are easy to clean. It can be used for protective coating on the inner surface of storage tanks and wastewater treatment pools, protection of foundations and subfloors, and protection of foundation beams. It is also suitable for waterproofing, moisture-proofing, anti-corrosion, and gas-tightness prevention in water tanks, toilets, floors, tunnels, harbors, basements, and storage warehouses (including grain warehouses). It can also be used for repairing and reinforcing cement products and concrete, as well as for laying abrasive stone, microcrystalline stone, acid-resistant bricks, granite, marble, and various other tiles and slabs.

Bridges, track slabs, and concrete pavement repair mortars offer excellent crack resistance, impermeability, high strength, and good adhesion, suitable for various complex environments and smooth subgrade construction. This product protects the reinforced steel in the repaired concrete from corrosion and enhances its resistance to carbonation and chloride ion penetration.

Construction Method
I. Preliminary Treatment:
1. Clean the surface defects of concrete precast elements, remove degraded concrete such as spalling, loose, honeycomb, and corrosion, and wash them clean with fresh water.
2. Defect surfaces on roadways, bridge decks, and parking lots, etc., can be cut and chiseled to the specified geometric dimensions and depths as per construction design requirements, followed by surface cleaning.
II. Material Composition:
Add clean water as recommended by the manufacturer to the mixing equipment, then add the mortar powder and mix thoroughly.
After mixing, the mortar should be used within 20 minutes (at 20℃), so do not mix too much at one time and keep the mixing sites to a minimum, ideally close to the repair area.
After each mixing, rinse the mixing equipment with water to prevent mortar from sticking and accumulating on the equipment.
Do not add water to mix the mortar once it's well blended.
Prepare a clean, hard base. Mix the dry powder mortar according to the manufacturer's recommended ratio without adding water. After mixing to a uniform paste, apply it to the area needing repair. After leveling the surface, apply initial curing and then finish the surface by pressing it smooth.
Packaging and Storage
Packaged to prevent moisture, net weight 25kg/bag, shelf life 3 months; must be stored in a dry, well-ventilated room, avoid moisture, use as soon as possible.

Application Instructions
1. Our epoxy mortar is meticulously formulated with high-performance modified epoxy resin, filler, additives, and curing agent. It boasts an appropriate viscosity and excellent workability, allowing for easy application of the mixed paste onto various substrates such as concrete, stone, steel (galvanized, chrome-plated, stainless steel), tiles, ceramics, etc., via troweling or rolling. The application of epoxy mortar achieves objectives such as bonding, leveling, joint filling, dust-proofing, anti-slip, waterproofing, and anti-corrosion.
Steel sample material: Q235. All samples undergo rough and clean (degreasing, descaling, dust removal) treatment prior to bonding. The improvement of structural adhesive properties is ongoing; the aforementioned data is based on the average of past test results for reference. Structural adhesive is packaged in metal drums for ease of use, storage, and transportation. The attachments include the product quality certificate, inspection and test reports, and product user manual.
2. Product Features:
The Henry 620AB has superior physical and mechanical properties such as strength and stiffness compared to cement. Concrete mixes with various grades such as C60, C55, C52.5, C50, C45, C42.5, C40, C35, C30, C25, and C20 are all applicable.
Solvent-Free: The formula contains no solvents, ensuring solidification and shaping.
No shrinkage: No shrinkage after molding, ensuring the need for height installation.
Corrosion resistance: Can withstand long-term corrosion from chemicals such as acids, alkalis, salts, and oils.
C's resistance to creep: High-strength adhesive steel can be used under severe physical conditions of freeze-thaw cycles and vibration compression from -80°C to +80°C without plastic deformation, ensuring long-term equipment alignment.
3. Application Method for Peel-off Products
The base should be dry and clean, free of water, oil, mud, wax, adhesive tape, and other loose materials.
(2) The base surface should possess adequate surface strength and meet basic flatness and perpendicularity requirements.
(3) Mix Henry 620 A component with B component in a 1:1 weight ratio (volume can be estimated visually, but it's not allowed to deviate too much from 1:1), stirring into a uniformly colored paste. Avoid mixing too much adhesive at once; half a tray is ideal, and use it immediately. Excessive mixing leads to increased viscosity and waste.
(4) Apply the paste evenly on the work surface using a toothed scraper (the toothed scraper is used for even spreading and consistent thickness; even skilled workers can use a standard scraper for leveling), then smooth it out with a standard scraper after about 3 square meters of application, scraping in the same direction. Remember to clean the scraper promptly.
(5) This product is a specialized, thixotropic epoxy mortar with a certain level of leveling property. Do not apply too thick a single coat; aim to keep it within 1mm to prevent sagging.
(6) Performance testing can be conducted after three days.
