Depending on different categories of materials, the software provides users with different access authorizations and offers a multi-tiered approval mechanism (which can also be adjusted to one or two levels as needed). It provides interfaces with ERP systems such as Kingdee and UFIDA, allowing material codes generated by the material system to be synchronized with the ERP system, ensuring the standardization of corporate master data. The Beijing New Material Coding Management System is a cloud-based management system. In actual use, it only requires installation of the client, allocation of login accounts and access authorizations, etc., and it can be immediately activated. The implementation cycle is very short, and no special server or other hardware equipment needs to be configured.
