Single-screw technology, durable and long-lasting

• McMillan single screw compressor features a symmetrical arrangement of the screw and star wheel, which cancels out the axial and radial forces on the screw. Thanks to this balanced force technology, the single screw bearing has a service life of over 100,000 hours.

• The star wheel blades are made of imported composite carbon fiber from the Netherlands, featuring good oil affinity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance; the rotor surface is coated with an aluminum protective layer, which enhances lubricity and sealing.

• The combination of "Aluminized Rotor" with "Non-metallic Sprocket" ensures metal-to-non-metal pairing, avoiding material wear due to high friction between the same material, thereby achieving gapless compression. This improves the compression ratio for higher compression efficiency and significantly extends the service life of the compressor.

Novel Film Evaporator

• McMaster's primary models utilize a new film-evaporating type evaporator, where the refrigerant is evenly sprayed. Combined with the special toothed design on the inner surface of the evaporating tube, this ensures a more thorough heat exchange between the refrigerant and the heat carrier, significantly reducing the refrigerant charge volume while maintaining the evaporator's heat exchange efficiency.

Unique Cyclone Oil Separator

• The main models of the unit employ a cyclone-type oil separator. The superheated refrigerant gas under high temperature and pressure enters the separator through the intake port, rotates with the cylinder, and utilizes the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation to separate the refrigerant gas from the lubricating oil.

• The separator efficiency for refrigerants and lubricants exceeds 99.5%, reducing the lubricant filling amount by 50%.

Continuous Energy Adjustment

• When the load changes, McQuay screw products achieve the purpose of energy stepless regulation through the movement of the slide valve.

• While ensuring the cold water outlet temperature, minimize the energy consumption of the unit as much as possible.

Low operating noise

• The eleven-toothed sprocket of the unit meshes with the six-toothed rotor, which disperses and reduces exhaust pulsations, exhibiting the characteristic of exhaust balance and effectively eliminating sine wave sounds.

• The symmetrical star wheel and single screw create a double reverse wave, forming an internal silencer that effectively reduces compressor noise. The unit boasts balanced operation, low noise, and minimal vibration.
