The pulse bag dust collector, also known as the pulse jet dust collector, was originally introduced from the U.S.-based Full Company. Our company, with years of practical experience, has modified the collector to have the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, excellent cleaning performance, and low running costs. It can be widely used in dust collection systems of cement plants, chemical factories, grain processing, crushers, and mills.
The pulse jet deduster with airtight chamber is a bag-type dust collector at the 1990s level. It integrates the advantages of various bag-type dust collectors, combining the reverse air blowing and jet pulse cleaning. Botou Shuncheng Dust Removal overcomes the shortcomings of insufficient cleaning strength in reverse air blowing and the simultaneous operation of jet pulse cleaning and filtration. Therefore, it expands the application range of this dust collector. Due to the structural characteristics of this type of pulse jet deduster with airtight chamber, the dust collection efficiency is improved, and the service life of the filter bags is extended. This series is widely used in cement plant systems such as crushing and packaging storage, clinker cooling machines, and mills for dust collection, as well as in metallurgy, chemical industry, food, grain, power, and domestic boiler exhaust gas collection and material recovery. The filter material of this deduster is suitable for temperatures below 120°C, generally using polyester needle-punched felt. If the temperature reaches 210°C, aramid needle-punched felt is used. However, this filter material is expensive. If the temperature is too high, cooling measures should be taken. This series of dedusters consists of 33 specifications, with different numbers of rooms and bags per room. There are four options of 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags per room. The number of dust collection rooms ranges from 3 to 28, with a filtration area from 93 to 4361 M2 and a handling air volume from 6900 to 314000 M3/H. This pulse jet deduster with airtight chamber can operate under vacuum or positive pressure, with a dust collection efficiency of up to 99.9. If the outdoor temperature is less than -25°C, a thermal insulation device is required.
