The casing contains two sets of three-phase AC contactors, control transformers, thermal relays, and stop buttons, forming a multi-functional comprehensive protection relay. The explosion-proof magnetic starter voltage level has multiple separate windings on its secondary side, supplying power to the closing circuit, intermediate relay control unit, and DC stabilized power supply. The start/stop control section of the explosion-proof magnetic starter is composed of intrinsically safe power supply, intrinsically safe transformer, intermediate relay remote control, and circuit breaking control unit, achieving a level one start with no leakage, no phase failure, and no short circuit under no fault conditions. The protection implementation section consists of signal acquisition, conversion, and processing, microcontroller data collection and processing results output, and bus interface circuitry.
Phase Disconnection Lock refers to the disconnection of the power supply lines and electrical equipment before each power-on. If a phase disconnection fault is detected, the signal lock prevents the explosion-proof switch from closing and supplying power. If no phase disconnection fault is found, the power can be supplied normally upon closing the switch. The output signal is from the phase disconnection lock circuit. After the explosion-proof magnetic starter is powered on, the main switch is not directly closed but the DC power supply is connected first.

Components of Explosion-Proof Control Box for On-Site Use:
1. Open a master air switch, which controls the power to the entire cabinet, something every cabinet must have.
2、PLC
This depends on the project requirements. For smaller projects, a single integrated PLC can be used; for larger projects, a modular, card-style system may be necessary, along with redundancy (meaning two systems alternating in use).
3. One 24VDC power supply, a 24VDC switch power supply. Most PLCs come with a built-in 24VDC power supply, so it depends on the actual situation whether this switch power supply is needed.
4. PLCs usually allow direct command dispatch to the control circuit, but it may first be relayed through a relay. If your PLC's output is 24VDC but the circuit diagram in your control circuit requires a 220VAC supply point from the PLC, then you must add a relay to the PLC output. This means the relay will actuate when the command is issued, connecting the control circuit node to the relay's normally open or normally closed contact. This is also a case-by-case decision on whether to use a relay.
5. Terminal blocks are definitely a must-have in every cabinet, configurable based on the number of signals. If it's just a basic PLC control box, these are generally all you need. If your explosion-proof control box at the site requires additional equipment, adjust accordingly. For instance, if you need to power certain on-site instruments or small control boxes, you may have to increase the number of circuit breakers. Or if you need to connect the PLC to a terminal unit, you might have to add switches, etc., depending on the situation!
