
JS-903 Scale Inhibitor for Desulfurization Tower
◆ Section 1: Performance and Applications
Desulphurization tower scale inhibitor is a superior antiscalant dispersant developed for the desulphurization tower system after extensive preliminary screening work based on the process overview and system characteristics of the limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization system. It can prevent scaling on the tower wall, vortex plate, sieve holes, and nozzles, thus inhibiting system instability caused by scaling in the desulphurization tower and even economic losses from shutdowns for maintenance. The desulphurization tower scale inhibitor is highly adaptable to the limestone desulphurization system and is an optimal antiscalant for limestone slurry in desulphurization towers. It is not only suitable for limestone slurry but also has wide applications for circulating cool water with high sulfate content and high hardness. It can also be added to GGH descaling agents to enhance their descaling effectiveness.

Section 3: Instructions for Use
The wet flue gas desulfurization systems using limestone/gypsum vary in technology among different manufacturers, and the quality of the limestone used is not uniform, thus the method and amount of desulfurizing additive should be determined according to specific conditions.
Suggestion: Add the make-up water quantitatively at the inlet of the recirculating pump, usually at a rate of 100-200 PPM per hour.
Section 4: Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in plastic drums, 25Kg per drum or as per the third-party requirements.

This product is slightly alkaline. During operation, please ensure labor protection and avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
