GYMRing Roll MillOperating Principle:

Large pieces of material are crushed into small particles by a hammer mill, then conveyed to the storage bin by a hoist. The material is then evenly fed onto the upper distribution disk of the hopper by a vibrating feeder and an inclined feeding tube. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material spreads to the circumference and falls into the groove of the grinding ring, where it is impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring roller. After being processed through three rings, the material becomes a powder. The powder is then drawn into the classifier by the suction action of a high-pressure blower, which also吸入external air into the machine.
The GyM series roller press classifier features a rotating impeller inside the classifier, which causes coarse material to fall back for re-grinding, while the fine powder meeting the requirements is carried by the air flow into the cyclone collector and discharged through the discharge valve at the bottom, becoming the finished product. The air flow containing a small amount of fine dust is then purified through a pulse dust collector and discharged through a fan and muffler.

Application Scope:

2. This machine is also suitable for ultra-fine crushing of non-adhesive short fiber materials, such as wood powder processing. The feed size should not exceed 2mm, with moisture content less than 5%. The fineness of the product after crushing is D97=43-860μm.
