Airflow分级机 operating principle
High-speed rotating classifier wheel generates a powerful centrifugal field at the outer edge of the classifier wheel. Larger micron-sized particles are ejected due to greater centrifugal force, while smaller micron-sized particles, with less centrifugal force, are carried away by the wind. The material is collected after being drawn into the "inhalation" grading wheel, passing through the fine powder chamber and conveyance pipeline, and entering the collector.
An air classifier must be integrated with collectors, induced draft fans, discharge valves, and feeders to complete the classification process. It can be combined with ball mills, Raymond mills, roller press mills, vertical mills, and other pulverizing equipment to form closed-loop or open-loop production systems.
Application Fields
Suitable for grading the fineness of irregularly shaped particles such as spherical, flat, and needle-like, also for separating two materials of different densities, and also used for removing impurities from powdered materials.
Broadly applied in industries such as chemicals, non-metallic minerals, metal ores, abrasives, ceramics, refractory materials, food, and new materials.
Advantages of FW Air Flow Grading Machine:
l Low energy consumption:Lower than traditional vertical and horizontal graders.15~50%
l High efficiency:Utilizing advanced self-leveling technology and pre-dispersed structure, the grading efficiency is superior to traditional vertical,Horizontal grading machine height increase of 25~50%
l High resolution:High granularity up toD97 2 microns, product particle size adjustable, easy to change varieties
l High precision:New gap sealing structure, eliminates wall adhesion effect, prevents large particles and screenings.
l Environmentally friendly, no pollution. The system operates under negative pressure, ensuring the production process fully complies with the country's stringent environmental protection standards, and achieves dust-free production.
l Low maintenance cost:Newly designed grading wheel, for production of Mohs hardness less thanAt 5 Mohs hardness, no wear; when producing materials with Mohs hardness greater than 5, the lifespan is 3-8 times longer than traditional vertical and horizontal classifiers.
