Physical Properties:
The adhesive is a light gray, light pink powder with a fine texture of 60-100 mesh, smooth to the touch, and odorless.
Usage and Dosage:
1. 1.5%-5% usage.
2. Material belts can be directly added or fed using a small vibrator.
3. Compression process, raw material adhesive - water mixed and pounded - molded and dried.
4. Drying and air drying.

Application Range:

Note:
The above is an introduction to the application scope of adhesives and finished spheres. The raw materials for these finished spheres are derived from steel mill waste, achieving environmental protection while turning waste into treasure. The finished products like iron oxide skin spheres, sludge spheres, and steel slag spheres can be directly added to the turning furnace. When used during steelmaking, they serve as coolants, enhancing the oxidation of slag and can replace scrap steel to reduce costs. Additionally, they can recover a certain amount of iron, contributing to the recycling of waste metal resources.
