Physical Properties:Coal briquette binder is a light gray, pale pink powder with a particle size of 60-100 mesh, offering a slippery texture and no odor.
Usage and Dosage:
1% - 3% usage.
2. The feeding belt can be directly added or added using a small vibrator.
3. Compression process, coal powder-coal binder-water-mixing and molding followed by drying.

Uses of pellet binder::
1. Used for sintered pellets: permeates various mineral powders and iron-containing waste materials for granulation, suitable as sintering furnace feed.
2. Used in blast furnace ironmaking: Suitable for various iron ores, producing self-reducing, acidic, alkaline, and carbon-rich pellets.
3. Used in converter steelmaking: Suitable for producing converter slagging and dephosphorizing agents, coolants for rolling iron and phosphorus, sludge, etc.
4. Used for direct reduction iron: Iron ore carbon pellets are used for iron-making pellets or as binder for sponge iron pellets. They have strong binding affinity, high solidification performance, directly reduce CO emissions, have no adverse effects on human health, and easily blend with solid waste materials such as anthracite powder, coke powder, non-ferrous metal powders, silicon carbide powder, fluorite powder, metallurgical ore powder, bag ash, dedusting ash, steelmaking sludge, etc. They feature sensitive reaction, good solidification, high strength, and fast drying of pellets.
