JS-503 Corrosion Inhibitor and Scale Inhibitor is a product developed by our company based on the performance characteristics of Japan's Hitachi S113. Through years of field application, we have further developed JS-503b/503d/503f and other variants, forming a series. This makes the field application more targeted.
The JS-503 series scale and corrosion inhibitor is an industrial water treatment chemical, and has been evaluated by the Ministry of Power, the Ministry of Metallurgy, and the Chemical Industry Corporation of China's Chemical Agent Evaluation Center, achieving and exceeding the national standards for similar products. Due to the characteristic groups of the chemical molecules' water-dispersing, chelating, and lattice distortion actions, both scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition performance have been significantly enhanced. By introducing characteristic groups that enhance the electrical propulsion of the molecular clusters, the temperature resistance of the chemical has been strengthened.
The JS-503 series corrosion and scale inhibitor is a compound of acrylic acid and its esters, organic phosphates, copper corrosion inhibitors, etc. It effectively prevents the formation of various scales in circulating cooling water systems, is effective in preventing the formation of calcium phosphate, and exhibits excellent scale inhibition under high temperatures and alkaline conditions. Monitored by a national specialized testing department and proven by numerous users, its scale inhibition effect can reach over 98%.
Due to the multifunctional inhibitor present in this product, which is sufficient to prevent erosion of equipment, it can achieve both scale inhibition and significant water conservation, while also slowing down the corrosion of the equipment.
Application
All types of recirculating cooling water systems and water used in textile dyeing and printing.
