◆ Features
JS-8009 Organic Flocculant is a modified polyacrylamide, a polymer formed by the reaction of other functional groups with acrylamide into anionic molecules, featuring the following advantages:
(1) The dosage is one-tenth of the inorganic flocculant, yet achieves the same effect.
(2) Widely applicable under a broad pH range (pH 4.0~10.0) and insensitive to alkalinity.
(3) Facilitate sludge dewatering, reducing sludge treatment costs.
(4) Liquid products are easy to handle, can be directly added, or diluted before adding.
(5) No increase in water-soluble cations (Al3+, Fe3+) and anions (Cl/SO42-) is added.
(6) Increase solid-liquid separation speed.
(7) Minimize sludge generation to a very small amount.

Instructions for Use
(1) During wastewater treatment, the general dosage is 3-5 mg/L. The concentration can be determined by the beaker method. When used concurrently with inorganic flocculants, it can typically be diluted 5 to 10 times, and the diluted solution has a shelf life of 3 days.
(2) Sludge Treatment (dewatering), add 20 ~ 30 kg of JS-509 Organic Flocculant per ton of dry sludge.
◆Packaging & Storage
This product is packaged in plastic drums, each drum weighing net50kg. Keep away from direct sunlight; store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is 6 months.
