The nozzle of the disk crusher is distributed within the cavity at an angle to the radius of the axis, with multiple nozzle distribution.
Material is喷射 into the crushing chamber by an accelerator, dispersed by a disperser, and then carried into the chamber by high-pressure gas. It meets the high-pressure gas emitted by the nozzle, causing the airflow to carry the material and achieve collisions, shearing, and friction between particles, thereby achieving the crushing effect. Due to the high-speed rotation of the gas carrying the material, a significant centrifugal force is generated, causing coarse particles to be carried back into the crushing chamber for multiple crushings by the airflow, while fine powder is discharged from the outlet.
