◆Usage Instructions
This product primarily removes biological and other organic pollutants, and is suitable for aromatic polyamide reverse osmosis membranes, hollow fiber membranes, and nanofiltration.(NF) and Ultrafiltration (UF). Excellent cleaning effects can extend the membrane's operating time.
◆The dilution ratio is usually 1-3% of the entire cleaning solution.

◆Cleaning Instructions
Inspect the cleaning box, hoses, and security filters; replace the filter element if necessary.
2. Inject RO permeate or demineralized water into the cleaning tank to the appropriate amount.
3. Gradually add the calculated dosing amount to the wash solution using the清水 pump for circulation and mixing, then heat it with a heater to the temperature specified by the membrane manufacturer; (Note: This product contains surfactants. It is prone to foaming during cleaning, so the return pipe of the cleaning system should be below the liquid level in the cleaning tank.)
4 The cleaning flow rate for the 30-minute water circulation cleaning should be according to the recommended value by the membrane manufacturer or system supplier.
5. If contamination is severe, please discharge the return water (15% volume) to prevent further sedimentation of pollutants.
6. For multi-section systems, each section should be cleaned individually for optimal results. If the cleaning solution becomes cloudy or the pH value is out of range, new cleaning solution should be prepared or additional cleaner should be added. 7. The system should be flushed with demineralized water before being put back into use.
