Instructions for Use
JSMDC220 is a high-performance liquid scale and dispersant inhibitor used to control scaling caused by the precipitation of calcium carbonate, sulfates, and iron oxides in membrane separation systems. By using this inhibitor, the system cleaning cycle can be extended, thereby prolonging the membrane's lifespan and reducing costs. JSMDC220 is widely applied in reverse osmosis and nanofiltration units.
◆ Processing/Adding Requirements
Dosage PointTo achieve greater efficiency, the JSMDC220 should be added prior to the mixer or security filter.
◆ Dosage Instructions/Quantity
JSMDC220 can be used directly or diluted. For dilution, use RO water or desalinated water, and do not exceed a dilution factor of 10 at room temperature. Add 5 PPM per ton of water. (The exact amount needs to be determined through simulation tests.)
