Product Introduction
Our air-source heat pump antifreeze is a green, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving antifreeze product developed and produced in response to the needs of northern winter heating users. It features long-lasting frost prevention, heat conduction, corrosion resistance, scale prevention, high boiling point, non-flammable, and non-explosive properties. Compared to traditional boilers using water as the medium under the same conditions, it saves energy by over 20%, and intermittent heating can save up to 40%. It heats up quickly (reaching 100℃ 8% faster than water), cools down slowly, and maintains heat longer (keeping warm for one to two hours longer than water after the fire is turned off), and has a lower evaporation rate than water. It can be widely used in heating systems with various heat dissipation methods such as underfloor heating pipes, radiators, water-based air conditioning, and thermal curtains. Its cold and hot sources can be air-source heat pump systems, ground-source heat pump systems, water-source heat pump systems, coal-fired heating boiler systems, solar heating systems, ice storage systems, oil and gas boiler systems, electric boilers, and condensing electric boiler systems.

Our independently developed "New-Type Ion Membrane Passivation Technology" forms a dense ion-protective film on the surface of the heating system's metal, effectively inhibiting electrochemical corrosion of the heating system. It boasts excellent long-lasting scale prevention, corrosion resistance, and gas-erosion resistance, thereby significantly extending the lifespan of various components in the heating system.
Utilizing advanced domestic technology, we have added a unique "Waterway Scale Cleaning and Sterilization Technique," which effectively inhibits and removes scale while controlling the growth of microorganisms in water. This prevents the widespread繁殖 of bacteria and algae from blocking pipelines, ensuring the radiator operates cleanly without scale or algae deposits, guaranteeing superior heat dissipation performance.
Pure water and antifreeze raw materials, produced using a reverse osmosis filtration system, are compounded with various auxiliary materials to effectively prevent the formation of scale.

【Instructions for Use】
Add this product to the heating system just like normal water. During use, simply replenish water as it evaporates; no additional antifreeze is needed. In case of water leakage, overflow, dripping, or seeping, replenish with an equivalent amount of effective heating antifreeze.
For old heating systems, it is necessary to first drain all the system water completely and then flush the system clean before adding this product. Adding a chemical cleaning agent to the original heating system and then this product after cleaning will yield even better results. For caution's sake, avoid using this product on old, severely corroded water heating systems that have been in use for many years, as the rubber gaskets at the connections of these old systems have aged and are prone to leakage. If the old heating system still has value, it is essential to replace the rubber gaskets with PTFE silicone pads (white transparent pads) and anaerobic sealing rings (thread locking adhesive) before using this product.
If the concentration of this product needs to be reduced, it is necessary to add anti-corrosion heat preservation agent (for non-type heat pump heating systems), otherwise, it will reduce the antifreeze performance as well as the product's corrosion inhibition and anti-corrosion properties.
