Construction Principle and Features of Electrically Heated Reactor VesselThe reactor is composed of the pot body, pot cover, agitator, jacket, support and transmission unit, shaft seal, etc.

Materials and hole patterns can be customized according to the customer's process requirements. Heating methods include electric heating, oil heating, gas heating, water heating (or cooling), and open flame heating, etc.

Jacket types include: jacketed and semi-tubular, with all jacketed oil heating types equipped with flow directing devices. Agitator types generally include paddle, anchor, frame, ribbon, and scraper styles.

High-speed types include diffuser impeller, turbine, high-shear, and propeller, available for customers to choose according to their process. Transmission types include standard motor and explosion-proof motor.

Electromagnetic speed-regulated motors, variable frequency drives, etc. Heat exchangers include trochoid pinwheel, worm gear, and planetary stepless variable-speed types. Shaft seals are of the standard water-cooled packed gland type.
