Steam Heating Reactor Description: (Steam heating reactors, heat-conducting oil circulating heating stainless steel reactors, electric heating reactors, etc.). The reactor is composed of a lid, cylinder body, jacket, agitator, shaft seal drive unit, and supports, and the vessel body and components that come into contact with the material inside the reactor are all made of OCr18Ni9 or 1Cr18Ni9Ti acid-resistant stainless steel plates.
Reactor Application: This equipment is suitable for the reaction and concentration of liquid materials in industries such as food, light industry, and chemical engineering.
Features of Stainless Steel Steam Reactor
Structure and Features: The reactor pot can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel based on the material properties. Material heating can be achieved through four methods: electric heating rods, thermal oil, steam, and far-infrared heating. The reactor consists of the pot body, lid, stirrer, as well as auxiliary components such as the drive shaft, shaft seal, and transmission device.
Operation Requirements: Heat and raise the temperature slowly; especially pay attention to prevent the sudden boiling of oil vapor and water vapor. Under the condition of an empty pot without any material, do not turn on the heating power source or test the heating oil jacket. The heating of circulating heat transfer oil cannot be substituted with steam heating.
Thermal oil circulation heating is suitable for reaction vessels and resin equipment sets of 500L and above. When ordering the above equipment, please specify the working pressure, working temperature, and working medium. Other special specifications can be designed separately.
Hole quantities, sizes, or other specifications can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
