Curing Silicone Molding Usage Instructions:
Mix the A and B components of the liquid silicone rubber in a 1:1 or 10:1 ratio, ensuring thorough mixing. Then, place it in a vacuum machine to remove bubbles, typically for about 10-15 minutes. For dilution, add 10% of diluent. After vacuum mixing the diluent with silicone at a 10:1 ratio, pour it into the mold and heat to 60°C for 2-3 hours to cure, or to 100°C for 20 minutes for curing.
Curing Mold Silicon Storage and Precautions:
Before use, please experiment with a small amount of molding adhesive to master the operation technique and avoid waste.
This product should not be mixed with organotin compounds of condensation silicone rubber during use, as it will prevent the material from flowing. It should also be avoided to mix with sulfur, phosphorus, or nitrogen compounds, otherwise, it may result in incomplete or no vulcanization of the product.
