Transparent electronic potting adhesive is a low-viscosity, adhesive gel-like two-component addition silicone potting adhesive that can cure at room temperature or by heating, with the characteristic of faster curing at higher temperatures. It does not produce any by-products during the curing reaction and is suitable for surfaces of materials such as PC (Poly-carbonate), PP, ABS, PVC, and metals. It is ideal for insulation, waterproofing, and fixation of electronic components. Fully complies with EU ROHS directive requirements.

III. Manufacturing Process:
1. Prior to mixing, thoroughly blend Components A and B separately within their respective containers.
Mix in a 1:1 weight ratio of Component A to Component B.
3. The F-T005AB adhesive can be de-aerated as needed. After thoroughly mixing the A and B liquids, pour them into a vacuum container and de-aerate for 5 minutes at 0.08 MPa, then it's ready for use.
4. Maintain the corresponding curing time above the temperature specified in the technical parameters table before and after curing. If the applied thickness is thick, the curing time may exceed. Both room temperature and heated curing are acceptable. The curing speed of the adhesive is affected by the curing temperature, and it may take a long time to cure in winter. It is recommended to cure by heating, with 20 minutes at 80-100°C, and generally requires about 8 hours to cure at room temperature.
!! These substances may hinder the curing of this product or cause incomplete curing. Therefore, they should be applied after a simple experimental verification, and the application area may need to be cleaned if necessary.

V. Cautionary Notes:
1. The rubber compound should be stored in a sealed container. Once mixed, the compound should be used up in one go to prevent waste.
2. This product is non-hazardous; however, do not ingest or get into eyes.
After storage for a period, the adhesive may separate. Please stir well before use; it will not affect performance.
4. Adhesive liquids will not cure when in contact with the following chemicals:
1) Organic tin compounds and silicone rubbers containing organic tin.
2) Sulfides and sulfur-containing rubbers, etc.
3) Amines and materials containing amines.
During use, please avoid contact with the aforementioned substances.
