●Product Introduction
· Food mold silicone is a two-component addition curing silicone material, which can cure at room temperature or by heating.
Product Features
·Low shrinkage rate; no low molecular weight substances are released during the crosslinking process, ensuring no change in volume with a shrinkage rate less than 0.1%.
· No thickness limitation on products, can be deeply cured
· Features excellent resistance to extreme temperatures, ranging from -60°C to high temperatures of up to 200°C.
· Food-grade, odorless and tasteless, with FDA food-grade certification.
· High tensile and tear resistance, multiple molding cycles
· Good fluidity for easy filling; can cure at room temperature or with heat, easy to handle
Purpose
·Primarily used for food molds, chocolates, cakes, candies, and food DIY projects; can be used for仿人体肢体造型, adult products, etc., with a soft texture; being food-grade, it's also suitable for high-end silicone products.
Instructions and Precautions for Use
· Mix A and B components in a 1:1 weight ratio and ensure even mixing. After vacuum degassing, pour immediately. Requires 30 minutes at room temperature (28°C) for full curing, or 2-3 hours at room temperature. For accelerated curing, heat to 60-120°C, which will cure in a few minutes.
·Keep separate from containers that have been used with silicone, and use unopened room temperature silicone tools to handle this silicone.

This silicone should not come into contact with any other condensable silicone, as it may cause curing agent poisoning, resulting in the silicone not solidifying. Water, impurities, organotin catalysts, acids, bases, and other sulfur, phosphorus, and nitrogen-containing organic substances can affect the curing of the adhesive. These substances must not be mixed in or come into contact with the adhesive during use.
