●Product Introduction
· Food mold silicone is a two-component addition curing silicone material that can cure at room temperature or be heated for curing.
Product Features
· Low shrinkage rate, no low molecular weight substances are released during the crosslinking process, thus maintaining the volume unchanged with a shrinkage rate less than 0.1%.

●Application
·Used for making precision casting molds, denture molds, transparent visual molds for casting, etc. Due to its environmental-friendly nature, it can also be used for chocolate molds, cake molds, sugar art molds, and other food-grade silicone molds that require lower hardness.
● Usage Instructions and Precautions
· Mix A and B components in a 1:1 weight ratio and blend evenly. After vacuum degassing, pour immediately. Requires 30 minutes at room temperature (28°C) for full curing; cures completely in 4-8 hours. Accelerate curing by heating to 60-120°C, which can achieve full curing in a few minutes.
·Keep separate from containers that have been used with cured silicone, and use unused room temperature silicone tools to handle this silicone.

● Please note
This silicone should not come into contact with any other condensable silicone, as it may cause curing agent poisoning and result in the silicone not solidifying. Water, impurities, organotin catalysts, acids, alkalis, and other sulfur, phosphorus, and nitrogen-containing organic substances can affect the curing of the adhesive. These substances should not be mixed in or come into contact with the adhesive during use.
